Specificité: The antibody TR9 reacts with CD36 (GPIIIb), a 85 kD integral membrane glycoprotein expressed on platelets, macrophages, endothelial cells, early erythroid cells and megakaryocytes. The antibody TR9 cross-blocks binding of FITC-labeled standard antibody OKM5. Anti-CD36 antibodies inhibit adhesive functions (e. g. adherence of infected erythrocytes to target cells).

Usage: The reagent is designed for Flow Cytometry analysis of human blood cells using 10 μL reagent / 100 μL of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
